Ingredients 2 oz gin
1/2 oz ginger brandy
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
Directions Pour the gin, ginger brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger, and serve.
