Ingredients 15 ml Campari® bitters
20 ml cherry brandy
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp cherry conserve
1 dash lemon juice
1 halved strawberry
90 – 120 ml Champagne
Directions Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Double strain the mixture into a Champagne glass, then top with Champagne, and garnish with the strawberry. Serve.
