Ingredients
1 1/2 oz lemon vodka
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
club soda
3 sprigs fresh mint
2 tbsp simple syrup
Directions
Using 1/2 tbs sugar, coat the rim of the glass.
Muddle the mint and lemon juice together and add them to the glass.
In a shaker, add Absolute Citron (or any citrus flavored vodka), simple syrup, a splash of club soda and ice. Stir or VERY gently shake. Remember…… this has club soda in it so do not shake to hard!!!! Strain and pour into glass with mint and and lemon.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint (serve it martini glass).
