1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1 twist lemon peel
Directions
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, vermouth, and Benedictine. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
